Jay Kim is the Managing Partner of Aurelius Partners and a seasoned leader in B2B business development with extensive global experience. Over the course of his career, he has successfully guided organizations in scaling their businesses, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable growth across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology. Jay began his career at Marcus Evans, where he quickly advanced from a sales executive into a team leader and trainer, establishing his reputation for fast-cycle sales execution and high-performance team leadership. He then joined First Advantage as Sales Manager for Korea, where he was responsible for introducing and expanding a global SaaS-based HR risk management solution. In this role, he managed key accounts with Fortune 500 companies and domestic conglomerates, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities while strengthening customer retention through customized solutions. At GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), Jay led the Network Development and Third-Party Partnerships team, overseeing expert engagement and partnership-building across industries. He facilitated more than 800 expert matches, generating significant revenue contributions, and supported over 270 client projects with measurable results. Most recently, as Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning at CareerDay, Jay launched new B2B sales solutions and expert sourcing programs, achieving a threefold increase in lead conversion rates and expanding the company’s client base. Jay holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of New England, along with a Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management from Blue Mountains Hotel School. Bon brings extensive global consulting experience, shaped by a distinguished career at Deloitte Consulting in both the United States and Korea. Upon returning to Korea, he advanced into senior leadership, serving as Head of Strategy Consulting, Head of M&A Consulting, and Leader of Life Sciences and Healthcare Consulting, before being appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Consulting Korea. Over the course of his career, Bon has advised numerous Korean conglomerates and multinational corporations on their most pressing challenges, from cross-border M&A to organizational transformation and healthcare innovation. He is recognized for combining rigorous strategic insight with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, consistently delivering both immediate impact and long-term value for his clients. In addition to his role as Advising Partner at Aurelius Partners, Bon is the Founder and CEO of Aurum Care Management, a global social venture that supports patients and healthcare providers through innovative programs and digital health solutions.
